Rockstar GamesGTA 6 Leonida Keys: every mention of the Keys on the record
The Keys are one of the six places Rockstar names in Leonida — and the only one besides Vice City that shows up in other material: Jason's bio, Brian Heder's boat yard, and the boats in the item list.
Last updated
Rockstar's Only in Leonida pages name Leonida Keys as one of the places of the state, with the invitation to “Explore Leonida Keys”.
That name is where most places in Leonida stop. The Keys go a little further, because two character bios happen there.
The Keys in the character bios
- Jason Duval “found himself in the Keys doing what he knows best, working for local drug runners” after a stint in the Army.
- Brian Heder is “a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys”, still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori.
- Cal Hampton, described as Jason's friend and a fellow associate of Brian's, spends his time snooping on Coast Guard comms.
Read together, the bios put smuggling by water at the centre of this part of the state. What the bios do not do is place a single town, dock or island by name.
Boats in the item list
The Ultimate Edition benefit list includes the Shitzu Squalo, “open-ocean-ready with an explosives-laden weapons crate”, and a Crest Kayak among Jason's safehouse vehicles.
Neither entry says the boats belong to the Keys. They are listed as items, and this page carries them as a hint of how the water is meant to be used, not as geography.
How this page grows
The moment a source names a town, a marina or a mission in the Keys, it lands here. Until then a short honest page beats a long invented one.
