GTA 6 Launch Trailer: what Rockstar published on October 15, and the line it opens on
Rockstar published a Newswire post titled “Watch the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer” on 2026-10-15, and the text it carries is a single line about Jason and Lucia. That line, the title and the date are what the official material supports.
Last updated
Rockstar Games published a Newswire post titled “Watch the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer” on 2026-10-15.
In that post, Rockstar writes: “Vice City, USA. Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them.”
That sentence is the whole of what the post puts into words. It names the city and it names the two leads, and then it stops — which is a good deal less than the coverage around it tends to imply.
What the post does not say
No runtime, no list of shots, no music credit and no view count appear anywhere in the material this page is built from. Where there is nothing to cite, this page says nothing rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
Where it sits among the other videos
If you came looking for the earlier videos rather than this one, the trailers hub is the place to start; it tracks each of them separately.
When the game arrives
Rockstar's site lists the game as “Coming November 19, 2026”.
For the release date and the history of changes behind it, the release date page carries the full sequence.
